Temperature Sensor & Controller Trainer

To design and fabricate a temperature controller and to study its performance characteristics. The trainer helps to study the calibration of a thermister ( i.e. Temperature vs. Voltage ) and to control temperature of a heat bath.

The experimental setup consists of the following specifications :

• 1. IC regulated dual channel power supply : ± 12 V @300 mA.
  2. Transducer : Thermister with attachment.
  3. Output : Measured by Digital Voltmeter : 0 – 20 V, 3 ½ digit Digital Display.
  4. On – Off temperature controller circuit board.
  5. Heater.
  6. Beaker.
  7. Wire net.
  8. Clamp.
