MOSFET Trainer

The trainer helps to study :

• 1. Draw V (DS) vs. I (D) characteristics.
  2. Draw V (GS) vs. I (D) characteristics and hence to calculate the MOFET parameters.

The trainer consists of :

• 1. Dual channel variable power supplies 0 – 15V@250 mA  & 0 – 5V @ 250 mA .
  2. Digital milliammeter 0 – 20 mA
  3. Two voltmeters 0 – 20 V
  4. MOSFET ; IRF540 or Equivalent
  5. Connecting Wire
