JFET Trainer

The trainer helps to study :

• 1. Draw V (DS) vs. I (D) characteristics.
  2. Draw V (GS) vs. I (D) characteristics and hence to calculate the FET parameters.

The trainer consists of :

• 1. Dual channel variable power supplies : 0 to +15 V @250 mA and 0 to -5 V@ 250 mA .
  2. Digital milliammeter : 0 – 20 mA
  3. Two voltmeters : 0 – 20 V
  4. JFET : BFW 10 or Equivalent
  5. Connecting Wire
