Diode & Zener Diode Trainer

The single board trainer helps to studies  the V – I characteristics of

1. Static & Dynamic characteristics  of  PN Junction diode and calculation of impedance.
2. Forward & Reverse characteristics of zener diode.                                                                           

The trainer consists of :

• 1. Power Supply : 0 – 15 V.
  2. Digital Voltmeters : 0 – 20 V.
  3. Digital milliammeter : 0 – 200 mA.
  4. Diodes : 1N4007.
  5. Zener Diode : 4.7 V, 1W.
  6. Set of Resistances.
  7. Adequate no. of jack.
