Transistor Trainer : Measurement of Hybrid Parameters

The single board trainer helps to studies :

• 1. Output characteristics of transistor and determination of hoe & hfe.
  2. To determine hybrid parameter of a transistor using a.c source.

The trainer consists of :

• 1. Dual channel I.C. regulated variable power supply : 0 – 5V@100 mA and 0 – 12 V @250mA with coarse and Fine voltage control faculties.
  2. 1 KHz sine wave oscillator with adjustable amplitude [ 0 to 5 Vpp ].
  3. Digital milliammeter : 0 – 20 mA
  4. Digital Microammeter : 0 – 2000 uA
  5. Digital voltmeters : 0 – 20 V
  6. Digital A.C millivoltmeter : 0 – 2000mV , f = 10 KHz
  7. Isolation transformer
  8. Bread board
