IGBT Trainer

The single board trainer helps to studies the following characteristics :

1. Output characteristics , V_CE Vs. I_C when V_GE is constant.
2. Transfer characteristics.V_GE Vs. I_C when V_CE is constant.

The trainer kit contains :

1. I.C regulated variable power supply : 0 to 5 V.
2. I.C regulated variable power supply : 0 to 9 V.
3. Two Digital voltmeters.
4. Two Digital milliammeters.
5. IGBT.
