Inductive transducers work on the principle of inductance change due to any appreciable change in the quantity to be measured i.e. measured.
The experimental setup with steel case and integrated power supply and Digital panel meter for measurement of voltage. The Inductive Displacement Transducer is mounted on a stand fitted with a micrometer for small mechanical movement. The displacement is measured in terms of voltage.
The experimental setup consists of the following specifications :
- Transducer : Inductive Displacement Transducer fitted with stand.
- Excitation : Small mechanical movement of the Inductive Displacement Transducer Plunger by a micrometer.
- Electronic Block : Stable I.C. based oscillator with power amplifier Bridge circuit Precision Rectifier. Amplifier with adjustable gain.
- Output Indicator : Digital Voltmeter : 0 – 20 V, 3 ½ digit Digital Display.
