A voltage to current converter (also known as a V to I converter) is an electronic circuit that takes current as the input and produces voltage as the output.
The single board trainer helps to study two channel voltages to current transmitter.
The trainer contains :
- IC regulated dual channel power supply : ± 12 V @500 mA.
- Variable voltage source : 0 to 5 V.
- Digital Voltmeter : 0 – 20 V, 3 ½ digit Digital Display.
- Digital Ammeter : 0 – 20 mA, 3 ½ digit Digital Display.
- Op. Amp. based Voltage ( 0 – 5V ) to Current ( 4 – 20 mA ) Transmitter [Grounded Load].
- Op. Amp. based Voltage ( 0 – 5V ) to Current ( 4 – 20 mA ) Transmitter [Floating Load].
- Provision for zero and span adjustment facilities.
