- Accuracy & Precision : compared from Standard and testing meters.
- Hysteresis : This effect can be observed in testing meter . The testing meter may show one set of readings when the voltage is increased in steps and another set of readings when the voltage is decreased in steps. The hysteresis effect can be shown.
- Repeatability : Degree of closeness with which a particular reading of an instrument can be observed.
- Linearity : Non linearity of the instrument can be shown.
