Semiconductor Temperature Sensor (AD590) Trainer

Semiconductor temperature sensors are the devices which come in the form of integrated circuits i.e. ICs hence, popularly known as IC temperature sensors. The most popular Semiconductor Temperature sensor is AD590.

  • Temperature vs. Current and Voltage characteristics using two point ( zero & span ) calibration.

  2. Oven ; Temperature controlled : Ambient to 110 degree C.
  3. Temperature controller with Digital temperature indicator.
  4. Variable voltage source : 0 to 18 V @250 mA.
  5. Digital Microammeter : 0 – 2000 uA, 3 ½ digit display.
  6. Digital Voltmeter : 0 – 20V, 3 ½ digit.
  7. Provision for single set point and double set point adjustment.
