Single Phase Half Control Rectifier Trainer

The single board trainer helps to study the output voltage and current waveforms, at different values of firing angle, for resistive and inductive loads for the following single phase rectifier configurations.

  2. To understand the significance of Half controlled, full wave bridge rectifier.

The trainer contains :

• 1. AC Voltage Source : 12 V @1amp.
  2. 4 nos. Diode : 1N4007.
  3. 2 nos. SCR.
  4. Set of Capacitors.
  5. Dual Variable Resistance.
  6. Load Resistance.
