The single board trainer helps to study the output voltage and current waveforms, at different values of firing angle, for resistive and inductive loads for the following single phase Half Controlled Symmetrical and Asymmetrical Bridge Converters.
Two Thyristor & two diodes, with & without freewheeling diode in half controlled circuit.
The trainer contains :
- AC Voltage Sources : 16 V @1A.
- Two firing circuits, Driver stage with isolation transformers.
- Two thyristors and diodes.
- Resistive load with Variable Resistance.
- Inductive load.
- Connecting Wire.
